Save your courses to the drive

Nothing saves automatically. Choose a workspace folder on the drive, then select Save workspace after changes.

First time

Open Workspace storage & backup in the dashboard (Chrome or Edge).
Select Choose workspace folder and pick a folder on your drive, such as OfflineAI\workspace. Create the folder in the picker if needed.
Select Save workspace.

Each session

Reconnect the folder with Choose workspace folder, then select Save workspace after making changes. Kept drafts and settings are not autosaved.

Encryption

Encrypt workspace files with a passphrase is on by default. Use at least 12 characters. There is no passphrase recovery, so keep a secure record and a separate backup.
