Where do Word, PDF, and CSV exports go?

Your browser saves them, usually in Downloads. Choose a folder on the drive to keep them with you.

Word

Download Word creates an editable .docx file in your browser’s download location, usually Downloads.

PDF

Print / Save PDF opens the print dialog. Choose Save as PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF. Turn off browser headers and footers for a clean page, or turn them on for page numbers.

Keep exports portable

Set your browser to ask where to save each file, then choose a folder on the drive. Exported files are separate copies: they stay after you clear the dashboard, and workspace encryption does not cover them.
