Shipping
Free tracked shipping to all 50 states and DC. Your drive ships within 3 business days.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and the District of Columbia, including PO boxes. We do not ship outside the United States yet. If you are abroad and interested, contact us.
How long it takes
Every drive is set up to order: we install your editions and the AI models, then test it. It ships within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after your payment clears. Delivery by USPS or UPS usually takes 2 to 5 business days after that, depending on where you live.
Cost
Standard shipping is free. If you need faster delivery, contact us before you order and we will quote it.
Tracking
When your drive ships we email the carrier and tracking number to the address you used with PayPal. Your order page (linked from your receipt) shows it too.
Address changes
Your drive goes to the shipping address you choose in PayPal. To change it, open a support ticket with your order code before the drive ships.
Sales tax
Orders shipped to Texas addresses include Texas sales tax (8.25%). Orders shipped to other states do not include sales tax. Your state may expect you to report use tax yourself.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no progress for 7 days, or the drive arrives damaged, open a support ticket. We send a replacement at no cost and handle the claim with the carrier ourselves.
