What we collect

We collect only what you type into our forms, plus the referral records described under “Cookies”:

Order request: your name, email, the option you want, role, optional organization, intended use, optional notes, and optional computer details.
Compatibility question: your name, email, Windows version, memory, processor, optional graphics card details, whether the computer is managed, and optional notes.
Contact form: your name, email, optional organization, topic, and message.
Partner program application: your name, email, a password (stored only as a one-way scrambled hash), an optional website, a description of your audience and how you would share the product, an optional link code, and an optional PayPal email address for payouts. For approved partners we also keep the clicks, orders, commissions, and payouts linked to the account, and the date we received a tax form. Partners upload their tax form (Form W-9 or W-8) on their account page. It is encrypted as soon as it arrives, stored outside the public part of the website, and opened only by our staff to prepare required tax reports. We keep it for at least four years after the last payout, as US tax rules require.

Each form also records your choices about being contacted, the time of submission, and a one-way scrambled code made from your internet address. We use that code only to limit repeated submissions. Your actual internet address is never stored.

Our forms never ask for student names, student work, grades, health information, passwords, or payment details. Please leave them out of free-text boxes too.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry and fulfill your order.
To understand which computers people hope to use.
To send occasional product news, only if you checked the separate, optional box for it.

Where it is stored

Form answers travel over an encrypted connection to our web hosting provider and are stored in a database on that host. Evolve AI Institute staff read them there. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

If we set up email notifications, our website sends us a short notice containing your name and email address when a new inquiry arrives.

Cookies, analytics, and outside services

Pages with a form set one essential session cookie that protects the form against forged submissions. It expires when you close your browser. Partners who sign in use the same cookie.
If you arrive through a partner's referral link (an address that starts with https://www.evolveaigo.com/r/), we set a cookie named evg_ref that holds that partner's code for 60 days. If you buy during that time, your order records which partner referred you, and that partner earns a commission. Partners see only the product option and the order date; they never see your name, email, or address. We count the visit once per day using the scrambled code of your internet address described above. We skip the cookie when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
The site uses no analytics, advertising trackers, social media widgets, or third-party fonts. Every file on these pages comes from our own server.
Our forms use a spam check that runs entirely in your browser: it solves a small math puzzle in about a second. It sends nothing to any outside service and collects nothing about you.
If online purchasing opens in the future, payments will be handled by Stripe or PayPal on their own pages, under their privacy policies. We will receive order details such as your name, email, and shipping address. We will never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries while we need them to respond to you and fulfill orders. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what you sent us, or to stop product news, use the contact form and choose “Something else.” We will confirm by email.

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
