Video Studio, Small Business, Finance & Accounting, and Real Estate
Your work saves to a workspace file on the drive as you go:
- Video Studio:
OfflineAI\data\video-studio\workspaces(finished videos in…\videos) - Small Business:
OfflineAI\business-data\workspaces - Finance & Accounting:
OfflineAI\data\finance-accounting\workspaces - Real Estate:
OfflineAI\data\real-estate\workspaces
Updates never touch these folders. Before an update upgrades a workspace or a restore replaces it, the app makes a safety copy in the matching safety-copies folder.
Backups: choose Download a backup in Settings & Privacy (Video Studio: Brand & Settings). Tick Encrypt the backup with a passphrase to protect it with a passphrase of 12 or more characters. Restore a backup from the same settings page.
The workspace file itself is unencrypted, so anyone with the drive can read it. Keep the drive safe.
Educator and Consulting
Nothing saves automatically.
- Open Workspace storage & backup in the dashboard (Chrome or Edge).
- Select Choose workspace folder and pick a folder on your drive, such as
OfflineAI\workspace. - Select Save workspace after making changes. Reconnect the folder at the start of each session.
Encrypt workspace files with a passphrase is on by default. Download backup makes a copy you can store elsewhere. Imported documents and active drafts live only in the browser until you keep or export them.
Evolve Everyday
Chats stay in the open browser tab and disappear when you close it. Save chats downloads one backup file with every chat in the session, and Open backup brings them back. See Keep your Everyday chats.
Passphrases
There is no passphrase recovery, so keep a secure record and a separate backup.
