Update the Educator Edition

Download the update ZIP, extract it in Downloads, run UPDATE-OFFLINEAI.bat, and type INSTALL.

Download the latest update and see the version and release date on the update page.

Steps

  1. Save your course workspace and export any grading results you want to keep. Grading batches are temporary and are not included in course backups.
  2. Close the dashboard. In the black server window, hold Ctrl and press C.
  3. In Downloads, right-click the ZIP file, choose Extract All, then Extract. Keep it in Downloads, separate from the OfflineAI folder on your drive.
  4. Open the extracted folder and double-click UPDATE-OFFLINEAI.bat.
  5. Choose the OfflineAI folder on your drive, select the original downloaded ZIP file, then type INSTALL and press Enter.
  6. Wait for Update complete, then run START-EDUCATOR.bat and press Ctrl+F5 in the dashboard.

The updater checks every file before installing and backs up the previous dashboard files. It keeps your saved workspaces, AI models, and settings.
