The updater refused the ZIP file

The updater checks every file before installing. Download the ZIP again from the update page and retry.

The updater verifies every listed file and checks that the package matches your edition. It stops before changing anything if a check fails, which can happen when a download is incomplete.

Steps

  1. Delete the downloaded ZIP and the extracted folder.
  2. Download the update again from the update page.
  3. Optional: confirm the file with Get-FileHash and compare it with the SHA-256 value on the update page.
  4. Extract it into Downloads and run UPDATE-OFFLINEAI.bat again.

If it still refuses, note the message and open a support ticket. Use update files only from evolveaigo.com.
