Questions before you buy

Do I need a PayPal account?

No. Choose “Pay with debit or credit card” and PayPal shows a card form you can fill in as a guest. If you have PayPal, you can pay with your balance, a linked bank or card, or PayPal’s pay-later options when they are offered to you.

When will my drive arrive?

We set up and test every drive by hand and ship it within 3 business days, free, with tracking. Most US deliveries take 2 to 5 business days after that. Shipping details.

What if it does not work on my computer?

Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Open a support ticket first: most problems have a quick fix, and we answer within two business days. Returns policy.

Is there a subscription or a fee per use?

No. You pay once. The AI runs on your own computer, so there are no per-request fees. Bug and security fixes are free; optional feature updates are $99 per edition.

Can my school or company pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Use the order request form and we will send an invoice. For several drives, ask about multiple drives.
