Steps
- Choose Work with client materials, then Use my document. It reads .docx, PDF, and UTF-8 .txt files on this computer.
- Search the text and select up to four excerpts. Only those excerpts go to the local AI.
- In the draft, select an [S1]-style reference to open the exact excerpt beside it.
Limits
- Up to 12 documents and 1.5 million characters per session.
- Scanned PDFs: turn on local English OCR (up to 10 pages per file) and check the text preview.
- Imported documents are not saved in workspace files. Import them again in a later session.
Engagement packets
The client bundle export leaves out internal components. Read every client-facing component anyway, because the AI can still put an internal remark into client text.
