From the dashboard
Open Privacy & storage and select Download private diagnostics. The file includes the version, readiness results, request counts, fixed error categories, and timing. It excludes filenames, paths, prompts, document and draft text, course profiles, and passwords.
After a failed startup
The launcher offers to save startup-diagnostics.json beside it. Type Y to save it. It contains fixed metadata only.
Review either file before sharing it. Then describe the problem in a support ticket and paste the file’s contents into your message.
