Video Studio says the video engine or picture creation is not running

“Video engine not installed” (red banner)

The video encoder, voices, or image libraries are missing from the drive.

1. Close the launcher windows.
2. Run INSTALL-MODELS.bat in the OfflineAI folder. It adds the Video Studio engine and checks every file with SHA-256.
3. Start Video Studio again.

“Picture creation is not running”

Creating pictures with AI needs all three of these:

• the image files from INSTALL-MODELS.bat (the Image creation option),
• an NVIDIA graphics card, and
• at least 12 GB of memory.

Without them, Video Studio still makes videos from your own pictures and screenshots. Add them under Pictures & music.
