A grade appears in the CSV only when
- every criterion has a score,
- any edits are applied with Apply instructor adjustment, and
- you checked I reviewed this paper… Approve this grade for export.
Editing a score or feedback after approval clears the approval. Approve the paper again, then select Download approved grade sheet · CSV.
Grading batches are temporary. Export reports and the CSV before closing the dashboard.
