A proposed score is accepted only when the reply is valid and every quoted piece of evidence appears in the extracted paper. When a criterion fails that check, the paper’s total stays incomplete.
Steps
- Select Retry unfinished criteria on that paper. Finished criteria are kept.
- If a criterion keeps failing, the paper may be too long for the request limit. See request too large.
- You can always set the score yourself with Apply instructor adjustment.
The quotation check confirms the text exists in the paper. Whether it supports the score is your judgment.
