What you can import
- Income and expenses: bank or accounting exports, under Expenses & Owner Reports.
- Bookings: reservation exports from Airbnb, Vrbo, or a channel manager, under Short-Term Rentals.
- Reviews: review exports, under Short-Term Rentals.
Files can be .csv or .xlsx. Fictional sample files are linked from each import screen.
How rows find their property
Send all rows to one property, or use a column in the file that names the property (by name or short code).
Good to know
- Rows with problems are listed and skipped.
- A file imported twice adds nothing.
- Live MLS data, booking-platform messaging, live calendars, and current market pricing need online connections and are outside this edition. Copy approved text where it needs to go, and import exports of your bookings and records.
