Private facts
Showing instructions, seller notes, and access or lockbox codes are saved as private facts. They are never put into listing text, and messages include them only when you tick them.
Knowledge book entries
In Short-Term Rentals, knowledge book entries marked sensitive (such as door codes) are left out of guest messages and welcome guides unless you include them on purpose.
Before you send
Read every draft before you copy it to a guest, tenant, owner, or vendor. The app flags figures and features it was not given, and you decide what goes out.
