Build a listing package from verified facts

Read the facts from your property document, tick the ones you checked, then write the package. The app marks claims the facts do not support.

Steps

  1. Properties > Add a property. Name it and choose For sale.
  2. Listing Packages > Start. Choose your property details document (seller questionnaire, prior listing, or your notes as .docx, .pdf, or .txt) and choose Read the facts.
  3. Each proposed fact shows the exact words it came from. Tick the ones you have checked; they are saved as verified.
  4. Write the package: a headline, the description, highlights, three social posts, and a brochure summary, written only from verified facts.
  5. The fact sheet is built from verified facts by the app, without AI. Print it or save it as Word.

What the app marks for review

  • figures and features the verified facts do not support,
  • descriptions over your character limit, and
  • common phrases worth a fair-housing review.

The fair-housing check looks for common phrases only. It is not legal advice; review listings against the rules and MLS guidelines that apply to you.
