Steps
- Connect the Evolve AI drive (or the Evolve Everyday stick) to a USB port on your Windows computer.
- Open it in File Explorer, then open the OfflineAI folder. An edition you added later has its own folder, such as OfflineAI-VideoStudio.
- Double-click your edition’s START file (listed below). Windows may ask you to confirm because the launcher is unsigned. Here is what that prompt means.
- A launcher window opens and loads the AI. The first start after plugging in can take a few minutes.
- When it says Ready, your browser opens the app at an address on this computer only.
START file and address for each edition
- Video Studio: START-VIDEO-STUDIO.bat,
http://127.0.0.1:8093/ - Educator: START-EDUCATOR.bat,
http://127.0.0.1:8080/ - Consulting: START-CONSULTING.bat,
http://127.0.0.1:8080/ - Small Business: START-SMALL-BUSINESS.bat,
http://127.0.0.1:8090/ - Finance & Accounting: START-FINANCE.bat,
http://127.0.0.1:8091/ - Real Estate & Property Management: START-REAL-ESTATE.bat,

After the first start, desktop shortcuts make this one click.
Keep the launcher windows open
The launcher and AI server windows are the AI itself. Leave them open while you work; closing them stops the app. When you finish, follow Stop the AI and eject the drive safely.
If something goes wrong
- “127.0.0.1 refused to connect”
- A port is already in use
- GPU startup failed or no NVIDIA GPU found
- No AI model or Python runtime is installed
